Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with PawEase Co. We work with fulfillment partners to ship pet accessories directly to customers. Because items may ship from different warehouses, delivery times can vary by product and destination.
Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days before shipment. Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, supplier delays, address issues, or product availability checks.
Estimated delivery window
For U.S. orders, a realistic delivery estimate is usually 7–15 business days after processing. Some orders may arrive sooner, and some may take longer due to carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, or supplier routing.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when available. Tracking can take several business days to update after a label is created.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing or shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can review the issue. We will help check the order status and next available options.
